WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?
Type Click Type is a blog and/or newsletter by me, Brian, about fun and/or interesting things I’m thinking and/or clicking on. A free edition goes out on Sundays, mostly, but there’s also a fun Friday post for paid subscribers and also periodic weekday editions that go out when I have something to say that can’t wait or when I get bored. If you’re new here and curious about the general vibe we’re shooting for, I think this will help: that screencap up there is from a 2001 movie called Exit Wounds where DMX plays a Detroit drug kingpin who is later revealed to be a secret billionaire and computer genius who was actually just pretending to be a drug dealer to investigate the mysterious death of his brother with the help of Eva Mendes, and this is how I chose to lead the “About” section of my whole newsletter. I think that sums things up pretty well, actually.
You can subscribe for free if you want but I sure would like it if you consider upgrading to the paid version at some point, too, if only because making some money doing this will give me the opportunity to keep doing it and maybe build it all out more into something bigger and cooler.
This is maybe not the best sales pitch ever but it feels reasonably accurate. I will try to make it fun.
