I was in San Diego at those fireworks, but not at this spot. There were multiple barges across the bay set to go off, all synced together and to music. We were by Seaport Village where people had camped out all day. Cookouts and family time. We stroll up about 5 minutes before the fireworks are set to go off when the sky lights up. It was the most exciting fireworks display I've ever witnessed. Obviously. But we did hear some grumbling from people who'd been there the whole day waiting. Insane! Every fireworks I see now pales in comparison.

Thank you so much. This is the response I feel I should get whenever I tell that to people. And I tell it a lot.

I went to the Phillies fireworks show the other day and the sandlot scene was exactly what I was thinking about as America the beautiful played over the fireworks going off.

I’m 1000% with you on the fireworks, BG. It’s just magical. Every time you think you’ve seen the coolest one, another super cool one goes up and it’s all just spectacular. You’re the best. Keep on being you. Thanks for sharing your positivity with us.

I bought my fireworks for my diy home show and my cousins asked if they "need to be concerned" about the fact that I own my own fuse reel so I can synch up different packages. Let me do my hobbies in peace!

Every family should be so lucky to have an explosives expert on call. Ungrateful imo
